Machine-wash inside-out on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and then hang-dry or tumble-dry on low, avoiding fabric softener and non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You can also hand-wash using cold water, mild soap, and a soft brush, then rinse it thoroughly and allow it to air dry while maintaining its shape with a breathable fabric or cap washer.
